Accessing our website

When you visit our website, your browser automatically exchanges information with our website’s server and temporarily stores a log file. The abovementioned information is collected without any action on your side and is stored until it is automatically erased.

We process your IP address as our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f of the GDPR. At this stage, we cannot identify your personality. We process your IP address to ensure a smooth connection setup, to evaluate the security and stability of our system, to ensure the convenience of our website for users and for further administration.

Contact Form

Our website offers a contact form so you can address questions, make suggestions, or submit complaints. By filling in our contact form you submit your information to us, in particular: surname, name, subject of the request, email address, and the text of the request. Moreover, we automatically collect your IP address, time, and date of the inquiry.

The legal basis to process your information is Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. b of the GDPR. This processing is necessary to process the request for your inquiry. The data can be stored in a CRM system. The data will be erased if the storage of it is no longer necessary. Contact Form 7

Contact Form 7 is a WordPress plugin and is used to manage contact form submissions. Contact Form 7 collects and processes your IP address, the URL from which the access has been made and date/time of access.

Contact Form 7 was developed by a Japan-based company Rock Lobster, LLC. The company processes and stores some of the information on their hosting server for backup and later reference purposes. If you want to know more about processing of your data by them, please visit their Privacy Policy.

We use this plugin and process data with its help as our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f of the GDPR. We use this plugin for improving our website and enhancing your experience with us.

Captcha by BestWebSoft

Captcha is a WordPress plugin and is used to secure our website forms from spam. Captcha collects your IP address.

Captcha was developed by an online company BestWebSoft. It processes and stores some of the information on their hosting server for backup and later reference purposes. If you want to know more about processing of your information by them, please visit their Privacy Policy.

Who will handle your Personal Data?

As a general rule, we do not transfer your information to third parties outside of the European Union or European Economic Area with the exceptions of companies named in the section above. The data transfer mentioned above is done strictly following the principles of the so-called Privacy Shield and on the basis of the so-called standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Does this website use Cookies or other tracking technology?
